I accepted the challenge to write a post with about 10 lines totally and completely in English. Why? 'cause it is said that I'm always making fun of portuguese people that try to speak english and with those who think they reeeally know how to use the "british accent".. so.. their suspicion is that I don't even know how to spell my name in english.. I have to admit they have a point there.. but the only thing that reeeeeally bothers me (Check this out:I'm quite polite.. i didn't use the expression "pisses me off")is that though portuguese people are known for their peculiar talent on learning languages.. why do we insist in saying "I'm sinking" instead of "I'm thinking"?.. First of all you're not a ship ok? and even if you were ON a ship..I have to tell you I'm quite sure that when people are drowning they do not want to chat..
what about "some sing is wrong"?.. Some people do sing badly but can't you just leave them alone? did you mean "something"? Huum.. who knows.. It's a little bit difficult for us to pronouce the "TH's" isn't it kids?
