Good news!

Peeps!! Hoje é dia de boas notícias para todos os condutores! Como voces sabem o meu problema com a Emel já vem de longa data, basicamente desde que me mudei para Lisboa ha 2 anos e os chavalinhos de verdinho decidiram começar a passar-me multas que até hoje estão amontoadas no meu porta-luvas com muita estima! Bem as boas noticias são as seguintes: HA UNS PUTOS DE COLETE BORDEAUX AÍ NAS RUAS COM O SÍMBOLO "SPARKS" que também andam a passar multas de estacionamento, e ha locais específicos que estão a comando deles e não da Emel. Os de Bordeaux são os que deixam o envelope/papelinho branco e não amarelo por isso quando virem no vosso vidro dos pára-brisas um envelope/papelinho BRANCO NAO PRECISAM DE PAGAR! AQUILO APARECE COMO MULTA MAS É SÓ UM AVISO PORQUE LEGALMENTE ELES NÃO PODEM PASSAR MULTAS eheh AH pois é!Achei que iam gostar de saber isto.. eu pessoalmente delirei com a cena! Por isso ceninhas brancas já sabem! NAO É PA PAGAR! Isto não é brincadeira, soube-o por fonte seguríssima! Por isso curtam bem e poupem esses euros! YEAH! Quanto às que sao passadas pela emel.. nao ha nada a fazer a nao ser esperar que expirem!

PS: se tiverem uma caneta, tirem o tinteiro e a tampa de baixo, coloquem um papelinho humedecido na ponta e guardem no tablier. Quando passarem pelos chavalinhos de verde, abram a janela, soprem no papel com muuita força e ponham prego a fundo. Pontaria na testa! É bem nice!

So.. a couple of days ago I discovered that we have another group of "kids" that also fine people and their fines are the white ones.. These guys are dressed up in bourdeaux (I think the translation is maroon but i'm not sure..), they also have those typical waistcoats/vests but they are maroon instead of green!..another important information: they are known as "SPARKS" and they have specific areas of intervention.. So the thing is: YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY THE WHITE FINES CAUSE LEGALLY THEY DON'T HAVE THE PERMISSION TO FINE YOU, THE ONLY PERMISSION THEY HAVE IS TO WARN/NOTIFY YOU! THE NOTIFICATION THEY PUT ON YOUR CAR LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE A FINE, IT EVEN HAS THE PRICE STAMPED ON BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY IT! Good news right?? For me it's AWESOME NEWS!! YEAHH This is not a joke, I knew it from a trustworthy source, I guarantee you! I just wanted to give you this information 'cause now you can save some money and have some fun!! yay!! In relation to the Emel fines.. the only thing you can do is wait till they expire! ehehe
